Our model involves leasing residential properties and professionally subleasing them as fully managed short-term rentals on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Unlike traditional long-term tenants, we actively maintain and monitor each home, delivering a hospitality-grade experience that protects and enhances property value. How do we protect your investment?
We maintain strict house rules to ensure the safety, comfort, and integrity of the property: no pets, no events or parties, no smoking, and quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM.
The property is protected by 24-hour surveillance cameras for added security and peace of mind.
Insurance coverage of up to $1 million is provided through Aircover, and we carry additional short-term rental insurance as needed.
We manage all minor issues and service calls on your behalf. For any repairs or concerns under $500, we handle them directly—allowing you to enjoy peace of mind without interruption.
To maintain the highest standards, professional cleanings are conducted at least once a week, keeping the home in exceptional condition—often exceeding what is expected from long-term tenants.
We do not allow single-night stays, as these can be red flags for disruptive behavior. In addition, all guests are thoroughly screened prior to booking. This includes an interview to understand the purpose of their stay, verification that they are not local residents, a copy of their photo ID, and a signed rental agreement. These measures help ensure that each guest is respectful and aligned with our standards for responsible occupancy.
